When I started your class I had a problem with my shoulder to the point of not being able to raise my arm. That is all gone and I feel great. | "To whom it may concern: My name is Lou Klein and I am 83 years old. 50 years ago I drove into a telephone pole at 60 miles per hour. My ribs and right ankle were broken. Two large steel screws were introduced into the ankle-break. Later I consulted with 5 orthopedic surgeons and they all said it was too dangerous and operation to undertake. Since I have been working with Susan’s water fitness exercises and rehabilitative movement classes, I have been amazed at my ability to walk without pain, and this is without my right foot being turned out as a 45 degree angle, as it was for many years.
