THERAPEUTIC TOUCH has been applied to heal the body and reduce the tensions of daily life.  I use Alexander technique to help realign the body through the correction of postural imbalances to promote a more efficient function of the nervous system. I teach efficient sitting, standing and walking through this simple, relaxing way to use movement and touch for in order to increase balance and self-confidence in your daily activities. I employ Body Talk an Energetic System to help balance energy in the body and bring about enhanced health and well-being.

As a body worker, I differentiate frequencies in the energy field and implement specific methods to balance the electrical currents within the body/mind complex, incorporating techniques of modalities as Reiki and Polarity Therapy. Disturbances are cleared and rebalanced, harmonizing one’s energies before they manifest on a physical level. This is positive preventive therapy.

As a licensed massage therapist in California and Florida,  I have used massage for muscle spasms, spinal curvatures, injuries headaches, whiplash, temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ), and tension related respiratory disorders. Massage can reduce swelling, help to eliminate toxins, and promote a sense of peace and well-being. As we educate the public through body work systems this awareness of how to change or enhance physiological and psychological structure and function through breathing awareness, movement and emotional expression, we learn to eliminate stress and promote opitimum health.
